1. Consumers in the European Union
1.1 Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your Stylium subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (the day you subscribed).
To exercise it, inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example:
- using the "Withdraw from contract" function in Settings → Billing, where available, or
- by email to billing@spacemadecode.com, or by post to Space Made Code LLC, [BUSINESS ADDRESS].
You may use the model withdrawal form in section 4, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the period ends. We confirm receipt without delay on a durable medium (email).
1.2 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service provided until you told us you were withdrawing, compared with the full period. Example: withdrawing on day 4 of a monthly plan of USD 9.99 → you pay about 4/30 of the price and we refund the rest, plus the corresponding tax.
1.3 Checkout acknowledgement
Before payment, you are asked to tick two separate boxes: one accepting the Terms and the recurring charge, and one for immediate start:
☐ I want my plan to start immediately. I understand that if I withdraw within 14 days as an EU or UK consumer, I pay for the days I have used, and that in Türkiye there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form.
We store the ticked state, the time, the plan and the text version with your order.
2. Consumers in the United Kingdom
The same 14-day right and the proportionate-payment rule apply under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Use the same channels as in section 1. [Counsel: check the subscription-contract rules of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 — renewal cooling-off periods and reminder notices — and their commencement date.]
3. Consumers in Türkiye
3.1 Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. Stylium plan features are made available immediately after payment, so no right of withdrawal applies once your plan has started.
3.2 This does not affect your other rights, including cancellation at any time with effect at the end of the period, refunds for faulty service under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, and applications to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
3.3 Before payment, Turkish consumers are shown the pre-contractual information form below and must confirm it.
