This policy sets the rules for using Stylium. It forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to the website, the wardrobe app, the mobile apps and any future API.
1. Intended use
Stylium is for managing your own wardrobe and getting personal styling ideas. Upload photos of clothing, shoes and accessories you own or have the right to photograph and use.
2. Content you must not upload
- Nudity and sexual content, including sexually suggestive images. Swimwear and underwear shown as garments (on their own or on a hanger) are allowed.
- Anything involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context (zero tolerance; we report it to authorities as the law requires). Avoid uploading images of children at all.
- Images of other people without their permission, hidden-camera or voyeuristic images, or images that reveal someone's private information (such as ID documents, addresses or licence plates).
- Illegal content, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate, harassment, self-harm or illegal goods.
- Infringing content, such as photos or designs you do not have the right to use (see our Copyright and DMCA Notice Procedure).
- Malware or files designed to harm devices or systems.
3. Things you must not do
- Bypass or try to bypass the upload safety check, plan limits, rate limits, fair-use safeguards or AI safety measures.
- Attempt prompt injection or jailbreaks, including hidden text in images or notes.
- Scrape, crawl, mine or bulk-download the Service, or access it with bots or scripts except through tools we provide.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code, models or prompts, except where the law permits.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to legal@spacemadecode.com instead.
- Overload or disrupt the Service (including denial-of-service attacks).
- Create multiple or fake accounts to obtain extra free capacity, or share, sell or resell accounts or plan access.
- Use the Service to provide paid styling services to others, white-label it, or build a competing product, without our written agreement.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
4. Fair use of "unlimited" features
"Unlimited" looks on paid plans are intended for one person's normal personal use. Automated, shared or commercial-scale use is not normal use. If usage threatens the Service or other users, we may apply temporary limits and will tell you.
5. How we enforce this policy
5.1 Uploads are checked automatically; content that fails is rejected and not saved.
5.2 Depending on the seriousness and frequency of a violation, we may: remove content, warn you, temporarily restrict uploads or AI features, suspend the account, or terminate it.
5.3 Where reasonable and lawful, we tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to legal@spacemadecode.com if you believe we made a mistake. We review appeals within 14 days.
5.4 We may report illegal content to the competent authorities and keep relevant records as the law requires.
