Part 1 — For customers (public)
1. Who bills you

2. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes. We do not convert prices into other currencies; your bank may convert the charge and add its own fees, which we cannot refund.
3. Taxes
Depending on your location, VAT, GST or US sales tax is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We use your billing address (and, where needed, other location evidence such as your card's issuing country) to determine the tax. If you are buying for a business and give a valid VAT or tax ID, reverse charge may apply where the law allows.
4. Receipts and invoices
After each payment you receive an email receipt and can download invoices in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Invoices show: Space Made Code LLC, [ADDRESS], [VAT/tax registration numbers where registered], invoice number, date, plan and period, price, tax rate and amount, and total. To correct your billing details (name, address, tax ID), update them in the billing portal or write to billing@spacemadecode.com; we can reissue invoices for the current tax year.
5. Payment methods and failed payments
We accept the cards and payment methods shown at checkout. If a renewal fails, we retry and tell you; see our Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms.
