Version 1.0 · Effective: October 11, 2026. This page explains how to delete your Stylium account and your data, for the Stylium Wardrobe app (wardrobe.stylium.app) and, when released, the Stylium mobile apps. It is also the account-deletion page required by Google Play.
1. Delete your account yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to Stylium Wardrobe.
- Open Settings → General → Your data.
- (Optional) Choose Export your data first to download a copy of your wardrobe, outfits, plans and settings.
- Choose Delete account, read what will be deleted and type the confirmation word.
Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone. When the mobile apps are available, the same option is in the app under Settings → General → Your data.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email legal@spacemadecode.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Stylium account". We may ask for a small piece of information to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming it.
3. What is deleted
When you delete your account we permanently delete:
- your clothing photos and everything you added to your wardrobe (pieces, wardrobe groups, wear history);
- your outfits, plans, trips, events, saved looks and preferences;
- your AI usage records and your consent records;
- your sign-in identity (name and email), which is removed from our sign-in provider, and we anonymise your account row.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Billing and invoice records for web purchases (plan, dates, amounts, tax, invoice documents) are kept for the period the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records, because Space Made Code LLC is the seller. They no longer contain your name or email on our side; Stripe keeps its own records as our payment processor.
- Backups of our database are overwritten on a rolling schedule; deleted data is not restored. See our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
- Anthropic, which runs the AI model, deletes the data we sent for AI features within 30 days (content its safety systems flagged may be kept for up to 2 years). See our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions
- Web subscriptions are cancelled immediately when you delete your account, so you are not charged again. Deleting the account does not by itself trigger a refund; see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
