1. Our marks
"Stylium", the Stylium logo and "Space Made Code" are trademarks of Space Made Code LLC [registration status: unregistered — consider filing in the US (USPTO), the EU (EUIPO) and Türkiye (TÜRKPATENT) in classes 9, 42 and 35]. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to Stylium accurately.
2. Third-party marks
Apple, App Store and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic PBC. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. Other names are the property of their owners. Brand names you enter for your own clothes are used only to organise your wardrobe and do not imply endorsement.
3. AI and data providers
- AI features in the wardrobe app are powered by Claude, by Anthropic.
- Weather data by Open-Meteo.com, licensed under CC BY 4.0 (https://open-meteo.com) — attribution must be shown where weather appears [confirm commercial licence purchased].
- City search uses data from GeoNames (https://www.geonames.org), licensed under CC BY 4.0.

5. Licence of the Stylium code itself
Action needed: Both repositories currently contain an MIT licence in the name of "Ahmet Türkmen". If the code is ever published or leaked, MIT lets anyone use it, and the copyright appears to belong to the owner personally rather than to SMC. Replace with: "Copyright © 2026 Space Made Code LLC. All rights reserved. Proprietary and confidential." and sign an IP assignment from Ahmet Talha Turkmen to Space Made Code LLC covering all Stylium code, designs and brand assets.
